Whats a Challenge Group & Registration



 Our Never Surrender challenges are 
ONCE a MONTH. 
Usually the first Monday of the month and it goes for 60 days.





Our groups not only transform your bodies, we focus on changing your whole life. Mind, body and spirit. I want LONG TERM success and that comes with chaning your WHOLE life not just your eating habits. You have to be open and willing to change. You have to be in the right mind set! This group will push you past your limits and make you step outside your comfort zone!
















I must be your assigned coach, so if you do not have a free account.. Click here to get one. 







If you do have an assigned coach you have two options.

1. Reach out to your current coach and see if they are running their own challenge groups. (Many of them do)

2. If you are not working with your assinged coach and would like to switch, you can do so by writing to CoachRelations@teambeachbody.com. Request to switch coaches to Ashleigh Reyes 114951. Please CC me on the email, CoachAshReyes@Gmail.com. It takes about 72 hours for the switch.



I do not charge for extra for you 
to be a part of my groups..
HOWEVER there are
REQUIREMENTS!













1. You have to be using a Beachbody fitness program. If you do not have one that you would like to do, let me know and we can pick one that will be perfect for you. We have many different programs from beginner to expert. There is one for everyone. 















2. You must be willing to add Shakeology into your meal plan for the FULL 60 days. You also are required to follow the meal plan on our website or of the program you choose. Weight loss is 70% from what you eat, not how hard you workout. Therefore proper nutrition is a MAJOR part of this challenge. You will learn how to FUEL your body to burn the fat, not cut calories and carbs.




3. You must be willing to share your journey. Have an open heart and mind. We have daily assignments ( they take about 5 mins to do) that will help you overcome obstacles in your life. This will help you grow as a whole person. There is a lot more to weight loss then just loosing weight. This will help with the whole transformation. This is NOT a quick fix. It is a new LIFESTYLE.
